Contract: Permanent Term Time Only, Start: September 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4pm
Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (not pro rata)
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant, multi professional team. You'll play a key role in delivering high quality, child centred education that supports the physical, emotional and academic development of our young learners.
Responsibilities- Plan, deliver and teach engaging lessons for individuals and small groups, following our curriculum framework.
- Support the delivery of nurture based programmes that build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, ensuring each child receives personalised support.
- Create a stimulating, well organised and safe learning environment that inspires curiosity and independence.
- Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans alongside the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and other professionals to ensure consistent, high quality provision.
- Promote positive behaviour, helping children move from external regulation to developing their own self control.
- Contribute to whole school development, safeguarding practice and effective communication with families and colleagues.
- QTS/QTLS degree level or equivalent.
- Preferably EYFS or early primary education experience.
- Brings creativity, patience and a nurturing approach to the classroom.
- Can confidently manage challenging behaviour using positive, supportive strategies.
- Works well as part of a multi disciplinary team and values strong communication.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection.
- Is organised, proactive and able to adapt to the needs of individual learners.
