Externals Site Manager - Residential, Marylebone (Contract)

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager for a prestigious residential development in Marylebone, London. You will own the external package, managing substructure works, groundworks, drainage, hard and soft landscaping, and external infrastructure through to completion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain programme discipline while coordinating with Design, Commercial, and Engineering teams.
