Overview 
External Design Consultant - German Market
Location: Dublin
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Cpl is partnering with a global healthcare organisation who are seeking an experienced External Design Consultant to support the adaptation and localisation of global marketing assets for the German market.
Responsibilities- Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the German market
- Create and update design materials using Figma
- Edit and prepare assets using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Review final assets for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Support asset management and uploads through content management platforms, including Shaman Go
- Experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Digital Designer, or similar
- Advanced Figma skills, including design systems and component libraries
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud experience, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience adapting and localising marketing content
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English required; German language skills would be a distinct advantag
