About the Role:

Are you an expert in export processes and systems with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? As an O2C Export Process & System Subject Matter Expert at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing export operations for our Consumer Healthcare business across the MEA region. Your expertise will drive process excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Process Vision: Collaborate with the Head of Export Customer Care to develop process vision and objectives.

Core Model and Compliance: Ensure export processes align with CHC strategy and regulatory requirements. Oversee internal controls and audit preparations.

Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve export flows, systems, and tools. Identify and eliminate redundant activities.

Performance Monitoring: Define and implement reporting standards and data visualization to monitor performance.

System Enhancements: Drive change requests and enhancements for systems and platforms. Cooperate closely with IT and Digital teams.

Training and Expertise: Deliver training to newcomers and provide expertise on complex matters. Review and validate user accesses.

Global Project Participation: Participate in global projects, ensuring seamless adoption and transition.

What You'll Bring:

Have language proficiencies in English and French (both written and verbal).

Functional Skills: Strong understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes, regulatory and compliance matters, and customs and tax rules related to export.

Demonstrate a background and experience in International Trade / Transportation
Illustrate hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

Have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen. Ability to interact diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders.

Be able to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
