We are proud to partner with a top-performing global FMCG company searching for an Export Area Manager for the EU International market.


Key Mission: Driving Success in the FMCG Sector Across EU

Reporting directly to the International Director, you will oversee operations across your designated area, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, distributors performance, and outstanding customer service. Your leadership will contribute to business growth and operational excellence in alignment with company values and objectives.

Main Responsibilities in Operations Management

  • Lead and oversee daily operations at multiple sites, ensuring adherence to sales, safety, quality, and operational standards (FDA, HACCP, SQF compliance).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans to achieve financial, quality, and service targets within the area.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and marketing teams to optimize inventory management and cost controls.
  • Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enable business growth and brand positioning.
  • Lead the launch of new sites or service lines.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports and strategic plans to the Steering Committee and executive leadership.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing international sales in FMCG, having experience in the EU market (Uk is one of the main countries).
  • Proven record in leadership, performance management, and the successful delivery of operational and financial targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise management systems and tools (ERP, MS Office, inventory management software).
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across sites within the assigned area.
