Responsibilities 
- Lead data transformation initiatives across Castrol Product Technology
- Drive adoption of strategic digital solutions by working with end users
- Expand and optimise digital ecosystems
- Establish and uphold data standards and governance frameworks
- Build strong internal and external partnerships
- Proven experience in the Castrol product development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of data utilisation within a Product Technology environment
- Demonstrated digital and data capability
- Experience motivating change through training and embedding new systems
- Degree in a scientific or engineering rigor
