Expert SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant (Bussels)

Hello,

We are currently looking for an Expert SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant for one of our clients based in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Advise the HR business teams in finalizing their business requirements.
• Challenge business requirements based on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) and Skills modules when required.
• Monitor development activities and provide functional guidance to the technical teams.
• Perform functional testing of the overall solution, including developments and configurations.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in the deployment of the solution to the production environment.

Candidate Profile

• Senior to Expert SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Consultant with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly LMS (Learning Management System) and Skills.
• Proven experience in gathering and analysing HR business requirements.
• Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and writing functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating developments, performing functional testing, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing production deployments.
• Ability to challenge business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both HR business users and technical teams.

Languages

• French: Fluent.
• Dutch: Mandatory. The consultant must be able to understand Dutch and communicate at a basic conversational level.
