A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Manager to join a highly successful Food Retail and FMCG organisation. This is not a traditional retail management role - it's a chance to contribute to a large-scale, forward-thinking transformation programme that supports retail partners across the region.

This role combines office-based work (Belfast HQ), home working (hybrid flexibility), and regular travel to retail sites across the country (field-based, company vehicle provided).
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term (with strong prospects of permanency based on performance)

Act as a point of contact and delivery lead for the roll out of new in-store programmes and initiatives
Coordinate store-level activities to ensure alignment with broader retail project time lines and objectives
Engage with retailers and cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new operating models
Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and develop practical solutions to maintain momentum
Ensure the delivery of improvements that result in enhanced store performance and customer experience
Communicate updates and key metrics to relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational frameworks and training for in-store teams
Minimum 1 year's experience in a Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or equivalent leadership position within food retail, FMCG, or related sectors
Demonstrated ability to support operational change and lead store-level execution
Highly organised with a structured, process-led approach to managing tasks and time
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across departments and with external partners
Confident using reporting tools and documentation to track progress and performance
Full driving licence essential due to regular travel
