Experienced Education 360 Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Warrington branch. This is a full-cycle role where you will take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery across the education sector.

You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team with a strong reputation in the market, offering you the platform to build and grow your own desk with autonomy and excellent earning potential.

• Develop and manage your own desk within the education sector (primary, secondary, SEND, or further education)

• Win new business through proactive sales, networking, and relationship building

• Manage and grow existing client relationships

• Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement

• Meet and exceed revenue and activity targets

• Maintain compliance with education recruitment standards and safeguarding requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (education sector preferred)

• Strong billing history and track record of success

• Confident in both business development and candidate management

• Self motivated, target driven, and resilient

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 (DOE)
