Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to support the evolution of digital experiences across a portfolio of websites and web platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work while also contributing to design standards, ways of working, and the continuous improvement of digital experiences within a complex international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing intuitive and user-centred digital experiences across websites and digital platforms.
• Leading UX/UI activities across projects from discovery through to delivery.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to shape effective design solutions.
• Contributing to scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and design best practices.
• Championing accessibility and user-centred design principles.
• Using research, analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Supporting the optimisation of digital experiences for search visibility, including emerging AI-driven search behaviours.
• Helping improve design processes, governance, and ways of working across the wider organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Strong UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital products and experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end design projects from discovery through implementation.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in large or evolving environments.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to support design decisions.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI search visibility, structured content, and schema best practices.
• Experience contributing to design systems and design operations initiatives.
• Additional language skills.
