Experience Designer: Service Design & Innovation (Hybrid)

Musgrave is seeking an Experience Designer to join the Customer Experience and Proposition team. You will work with Consumer Insights and Project/Product Managers to design end-to-end customer experiences that drive revenue, deliver margins and increase engagement across B2C and B2B initiatives.

The role requires strong project management, user research, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
