Experience & Insight Social Prescribing Link Worker

BS3 Community Development is seeking a Social Prescribing Link Worker to strengthen our social prescribing service through insight and community connection. You will engage with individuals, gather insights into their wellbeing journey, and feed this learning back to improve the service.

The ideal candidate will be a strong listener and communicator, able to work independently while managing a varied workload. Experience in community work or health settings is beneficial. This position offers £15.31 per hour on a fixed-term contract for one year.
