Executive HR Strategy Lead: Talent & Employee Relations

Veolia Group is seeking an accomplished HR leader to partner with Senior Leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions, business insights and longer-term people plans. You will lead a skilled Employee Relations team, drive talent mapping and succession planning, and provide expert advice on complex ER matters across the business unit.

Responsibilities include managing pay cycles, setting objectives, and supporting workforce planning and mergers or TUPE activities.
