About the Role

• Develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers
• Manage a regional sales territory covering London & the South East
• Work closely with internal commercial and estimating teams
• Present products professionally and support customers through the quotation process
• Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver against a £1m+ target
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and site visits as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' B2B field sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Motivated, target driven, and self managing
• Team player who collaborates well with internal departments
• Problem solver with a conscientious approach
• Experience in a construction, manufacturing, or related sector beneficial
