Job Description
Executive Assistant to CEO - Social Impact

This is a high-calibre Executive Assistant position providing comprehensive support to the CEO. You will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. This is a varied and engaging role where your contribution will be both valued and visible.

Working Structure: Hybrid, 1 day working from home

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive business support to the CEO, acting as trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact
  • Manage a complex and often changing diary across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities
  • Coordinate business travel, reservations, and itinerary planning
  • Produce and manage documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
  • Assist with internal communications, including company-wide announcements and team coordination
  • Liaise closely with the internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team and assist with ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years' EA experience supporting Senior Management or C-Suite, in a boutique/small company
  • Highly professional and confidential, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proactive, quick-thinking, and able to use initiative
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and relationship-focused
  • Self-motivated and committed to high standards and organisational success
