An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a renowned global organisation in London. This full-time, permanent position offers you the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic division, supporting senior executives while playing a pivotal role in shaping internal communications across the EMEA region. What you will do?

  • Provide comprehensive support to a Senior Executive, including calendar management, meetings, travel, and handling confidential matters.
  • Prepare and manage materials for meetings, presentations, townhalls, offsites, and senior management documents.
  • Coordinate executive appointments, receptions, conferences, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support internal communications by arranging meetings, drafting agendas, and providing administrative assistance.
  • Create and distribute content (newsletters, brochures, handbooks, web, conference materials) across corporate channels.
  • Administer internal communications platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Conduct research, data processing, documentation, and reconciliation for reports and memoranda.
  • Manage office operations including supplies, vendors, and overall work environment.

What you will bring?

  • 5+ year's experience as an Executive Assistant in a global/multinational setting ideally staying in the same company.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; trusted gatekeeper for senior executives.
  • Advanced in MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS; skilled in presentations and digital workflows.
  • Experienced in complex diary management, cross-time-zone scheduling, and international travel.
  • Skilled in creating engaging web and intranet content.
  • Background in insurance or related sectors advantageous.
  • Knowledge of office operations, supply management, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborative and empathetic, with strong relationship-building skills.
