We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our CEO, Lawyer, and HR Business Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys varied responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Content Creation:
Conduct in-depth research for articles, blogs, and presentations.
Assist in drafting and editing content for executive communications and reports.
Event & Meeting Coordination:
Plan and organise key meetings, events, and seminars.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Compliance & Documentation Support:
Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and regulatory documents.
Ensure Terms of Business and other critical files are properly stored and managed.
Administrative & Scheduling Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of executives.
General Business Support:
Assist with various projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
Identify ways to streamline workloads and improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken) other languages a bonus
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role.
Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
Strong written, verbal, and research abilities.
Tech-savvy - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & digital tools.
Discreet, professional, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
