PwC Ireland is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to provide strategic and professional senior administrative support to designated Firm Partners within the Core Administration Hub and the broader Business Enablement Services (BES) function. This fixed term contract role focuses on managing executive-level BA services, coordinating partner workloads, and supporting business delivery across the firm.
Responsibilities- Own all partner enquiries and problems, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with firm policies and meet deadlines.
- Draft complex and sensitive communications on behalf of partners.
- Proactively coordinate meeting logistics, anticipate conflicts, and attend meetings to provide detailed minutes.
- Manage partner inboxes, prioritising critical communications.
- Handle sensitive documents with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues proactively.
- Liaise with BA Hubs and Regional Offices as necessary.
- Delegate transactional work to effectively manage workloads.
- Drafter stakeholder emails and engage stakeholders to support decision making.
- Support stakeholders in upskilling of firm wide systems.
- Informally coach junior team members.
- Participate in team activities that contribute to personal and firm development.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Post secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 4years in a similar role providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives or managerial teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft365 applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders' conflicting priorities.
- Experience in handling sensitive information.
