Overview

We are looking for an experienced Examinations Coordinator to join a highly respected, long established professional membership organisation. This is a busy coordination and administration role supporting the planning, development and delivery of professional examinations.

You will work with examiners, panel members, candidates and internal teams, making sure everything is organised and delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Keep accurate records of examination development, quality checks and feedback.
  • Help build examinations on internal systems and carry out checks before they go live.
  • Organise meetings, writing sessions and other examination development activities.
  • Coordinate pilot sessions for new examination scenarios.
  • Provide support during examination days, including dealing with incidents and updating records afterwards.
  • Help prepare and send candidate feedback within agreed deadlines.
  • Support the recruitment and training of new examiners and panel members.
  • Organise examination materials and make sure everything is prepared and dispatched on time.
  • Assist with processing examination applications when required.
