Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions for CDMO/pharmaceutical warehouse operations.

* Lead requirements gathering and process design ensuring GxP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.

* Configure SAP EWM processes including inbound/outbound, batch-managed inventory, serialization, expiry date management, putaway, picking, physical inventory, and cycle counting.

* Support temperature-controlled, quarantine, and restricted-use inventory, including yard management and value-added services.

* Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align processes with validated SOPs.

* Support UAT, PQ, change control, and audit/inspection activities.

* Develop and enhance EWM technical objects (ABAP, BADIs, enhancements, reports, interfaces).

* Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD, QM), LIMS, MES, 3PLs, and serialization solutions.

* Support RF Framework, ITS Mobile, and SAP Fiori applications.

* Perform debugging, performance tuning, and maintain validation-compliant documentation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

* 5+ years of SAP EWM experience, including S/4HANA (Embedded or Decentralised).

* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO environments.

* Strong knowledge of batch management, shelf life, quality-controlled inventory, and validated systems.

* Hands-on SAP EWM configuration and ABAP/OO ABAP development experience.

* Experience with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and CSV (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ).

* Experience with IDocs, APIs, RFCs, RF Framework, ITS Mobile, and SAP Fiori.

* Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
