• Experienced Head Chef's within stadia
• End to end Experience in the production and delivery of high volume events
• Logistical and dispatch experience is essential
• Experience of running a team of 6-10 chefs in a high pressured environment
• Ability to work in a variety of kitchen environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
