Events Team Leader

Searcys is seeking an Events Team Leader to join our team at 116 Pall Mall.

As an Events Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of events, supporting managers, and leading the team during events.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in London, designed by John Nash. The venue features traditional meeting rooms and glamorous ballrooms.

The Events Team Leader will work with the events team to deliver food, beverage, and event operations across various event spaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up events as per event sheets
• Ensuring timely delivery of events
• Liaising with kitchen and events team for successful execution
• Maintaining or exceeding sales and profit targets
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Minimum 1 year experience in event management
• Understanding of event management process from conception to completion
• Prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strategic thinking and critical reasoning
• Positive, creative, and composed under pressure
