Events Specialist - UK & Ireland (UKI)

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to London & UK event sites
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £265 per day (Gross PAYE) | £358 per day (Umbrella)
Reporting To: Senior Director, North-EMEA Marketing

The Opportunity

We're looking for an execution-focused Events Specialist to support the UKI Marketing team. Acting as the operational engine behind the regional strategy, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of an integrated events programme - ensuring every event is seamless, professional, and aligned to wider marketing goals.

Working closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you'll turn strategy into high-impact experiences for users and executive stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

Event Delivery

• Manage the full life cycle of UKI events (webinars, roundtables, roadshows)

• Deliver on time, on budget, and to high standards

• Maintain detailed timelines and logistics plans

Strategic Alignment

• Integrate events with digital campaigns and sales outreach

• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Lead event logistics coordination

• Act as key contact for internal teams and external partners

Onsite & Remote Collaboration

• Travel to London and key UK events as required

• Manage onsite operations and represent the brand professionally

Experience Management

• Ensure a premium experience for attendees, including C-suite stakeholdersTeam Support

• Contribute to wider marketing initiatives as needed

Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in event coordination/management (B2B or tech preferred)
Highly organised, detail-focused, and delivery-driven
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with CRM systems (eg, Salesforce), webinar platforms, and project management tools
