Events Manager

Description

ELEMIS is looking for an experienced Events Manager to join their UK office. You will sit within the ELEMIS PR & Communications team and support them by creating best-in-class events & activations in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities include ideation, management and delivery of local events & activations with the view of global roll out. This position will be based in the Baker Street HQ, and you will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. This role will report into the Head of Communications.

What Will You Do?

• Alongside local PR, creative and marketing teams ideate and deliver concepts for all key ELEMIS global events
• Lead the execution of events to ensure strong and successful delivery
• Manage ELEMIS global event and asset calendar
• Manage event budgets, CPAs and production / fabricator sourcing
• Develop production supplier database internationally for cost efficiencies
• Work with key stakeholders to produce brand event strategy with execution synergy across markets
• Generate topics, and propose ideas for new events and as event participants
• Work closely with the PR, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure effective roll out of events
• Translate event briefs to provide clear project management plans and concepts
• Identify new event and event sponsorship opportunities that align with brand values and strategies
• Oversee post event reports and analysis to ensure ROI has been achieved.

The Perfect Candidate

• 5+ years' experience in a hands-on events role, at a similar level
• Previous skincare, beauty, fashion or entertainment event experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and budget management
• Experience with events in Global markets preferred
• Ability to adapt events to local market needs
• Strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of best-in-class events
