Compensation & Earnings:

• Base Salary + Practically Guaranteed Bonus (€38,000 combined) + Uncapped Commission
• Year 1 Earnings: Average total compensation of €47,500+
• Earning Trajectory: Year 2 Average €75,000+ Year 3 Average €100,000+
