Are you an experienced corporate Events professional looking to take ownership of high-profile international conferences and hybrid events?We're partnering with a globally respected organisation operating at the heart of international financial markets. This is a confidential opportunity to join a London-based team delivering a global programme of conferences, workshops and thought leadership events across Europe and beyond. This role offers genuine autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping a respected international events portfolio.What you'll be doing You'll take full ownership of assigned events from concept through to post-event evaluation, ensuring exceptional delivery across in-person, hybrid and virtual formats.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading end-to-end event planning and delivery
  • Sourcing venues and managing suppliers including AV and event tech platforms
  • Managing registrations, speaker liaison, sponsor coordination and delegate communications
  • Delivering hybrid and virtual events, including livestream oversight and troubleshooting
  • Supporting sponsorship fulfilment and stakeholder engagement
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activity across digital channels
  • Managing budgets, cost tracking and financial reconciliation
  • Producing post-event reporting and performance analysis.
  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across financial institutions, law firms and regulatory bodies, ensuring events reflect the organisation's high standards and global reputation.
What you'll need
  • At least 5 years' experience delivering international corporate / B2B events
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing hybrid and virtual event platforms
  • Budget management and supplier oversight experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience within financial services, professional services or membership organisations (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
