Events & PR Manager

London HQ, Shoreditch, Spitalfields

Hybrid working with up to 2 remote working days weekly

We're looking for a dynamic Events & PR Manager to drive 3S Money's global event strategy and create exceptional experiences that drive engagement. From leading industry conferences to exclusive client gatherings, you'll deliver standout internal and external events that elevate our brand and create meaningful touchpoints for our colleagues, clients, and prospects. You'll also bring a PR-savvy mindset - working with partners, media, and influencers to get us noticed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead our global event strategy - own end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events that align with our brand, business goals, and target audiences.
  2. Create an event prioritisation framework and events calendar to guide sponsorship decisions, and keep the wider business informed and engaged about event activities.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Social teams to amplify our presence - before, during, and after each event. This includes creating pre-event drumbeats, capturing high-value content at events, and amplifying post-event content across channels for lasting impact.
  4. Manage logistics and budgets, from vendor and venue selection to speaker coordination, client invitation, and onsite execution.
  5. Work closely with PR partners and media contacts to maximise earned coverage, secure speaking opportunities, and enhance brand visibility.
  6. Track performance and impact, using data and feedback to refine future strategies.
  7. Take the lead in identifying and entering industry awards that enhance 3S Money's credibility and visibility.

About you, you have

  1. Proven event management experience
  2. Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail
  3. PR/comms experience
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  5. Willingness to travel for key events and work flexible hours when needed
