This is a varied, hands on position that splits your time between our Birmingham café base and off site events across the UK. You'll be a key part of a small, close knit team - working directly alongside the Managing Director in running and growing the events business, and alongside the Café Operations Lead in the day to day running of the café. No two weeks will look the same.

The role is primarily based at Centre City Tower, Birmingham, with regular travel to events as required. You'll be compensated for travel costs, accommodation, and a food allowance on event days away from base.

Hours: Flexible, typically starting early and finishing around 3pm. Hours will vary week to week depending on the events schedule - some weeks will be busier and require more hours, while quieter weeks may involve fewer. Part of this role involves helping to shape and manage that schedule.

Salary: Competitive - to be discussed at interview

Base Pay: £16.00 per hour

Employment: Full Time, 32 hours per week
