Our Clinical Development team is looking for a Clinical Development Event Coordinator able to assist with a variety of administrative tasks linked to compliance, internal event coordination and internal communication. As our new Event Coordinator you will be supporting the product experts for internal events, updating legal documentation, coordinating internal team communication and supporting the team to maintain an overview of the process while making adjustments as needed.

You will be based at our European office in Amersfoort (NL) and you will report to the Manager Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities

Support with event coordination for symposiums, webinars, Meet the Expert sessions, etc.
Document administration as per the internal processes (payments, contracts, request forms etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports / reimbursements as per internal processes
Organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders
Update and maintain relevant shared locations and communication channels such as folder structures, OneNote, Teams channels, trackers etc.
Support organization wide projects as needed

Please note that this is a fixed-term position with a one-year contract. Within the organization this position is known as Associate Clinical Development Operations Coordinator.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is an advantage
