Evening Cleaner

Job Title: Evening Cleaner
Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent - Part Time 15 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pm

Rate of Pay: £12.96 per hour

About the Role

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and proactive Evening Cleaner to join our team at the Catalent site in Swindon.

You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment. Working across designated areas of the site, you'll complete a range of cleaning tasks to agreed standards while following strict Health & Safety, hygiene, security and COSHH procedures.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site
• Use cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely and correctly
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, infection control and security procedures
• Follow site cleaning methods, colour-coding requirements and task instructions
• Report equipment faults, building defects and potential hazards promptly
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and customer service
• Complete required training and support other reasonable cleaning tasks when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial, pharmaceutical, laboratory or similar environment
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety and following site procedures
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work on your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
• Flexible, proactive and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high standards
