Evening Children's Support Worker - Complex Needs

Active Care Group is seeking a female support worker to assist a 15-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home in Stockport. The role includes Thursday evenings (3pm-9pm) with ongoing shifts and a stable roster.

You will support mobility, epilepsy management, feeding and communication using Makaton and a communication book. The position is a flexible zero-hours contract with good development opportunities, monthly rotas, and access to training.
