Evening & Weekend Emergency Call Handler (Part-Time)

Appello Careline Limited in Norwich is seeking an Emergency Call Handler for evenings and weekends on a part-time basis. The role requires empathy, strong communication and experience in a call-centre environment, with shifts 16:00-23:00 weekdays and 06:00-23:00 weekends.

Training 3 weeks full-time. The position is hybrid with 1 day working from home, offering 18 hours per week and a start date of 1 September 2026, subject to pre-employment screening.
