- Expert knowledge of the EV market, including models, charging, range, and incentives ,
- Customer-first mindset, able to explain EV and salary sacrifice benefits clearly and empathetically ,
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRMs, quoting tools, and video platforms to support a smooth customer journey ,
- Excellent time management and organisation, able to prioritise effectively across responsibilities ,
- Emotionally intelligent and personable, able to handle a wide range of customer emotions with empathy ,
- Proactive, with a hunter/gatherer mentality, driven to maintain a strong pipeline even in quieter periods ,
- Data-driven and analytical, with a keen ability to uncover growth opportunities and innovative new strategies through insightful data analysis
- Work collaboratively with the Lead EV Expert and wider team to support our customers in placing their EV orders (advising, quoting, sourcing the best offers) ,
- Assist in the design and execution of a wide range of customer communication campaigns, such as limited availability special offers or sales ,
- Be the go-to person for both customers and the internal team at Love Electric for all technical EV questions and support ,
- Provide in-depth consultations to help ensure customers can make a confident and informed decision about placing their EV order ,
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the EV market ,
- Utilise your sales experience to help maximise the impact of the EV Expert team in securing orders and deals ,
- Provide exceptional post-purchase support
