What the job involves
  • Work collaboratively with the Lead EV Expert and wider team to support our customers in placing their EV orders (advising, quoting, sourcing the best offers)
  • ,
  • Assist in the design and execution of a wide range of customer communication campaigns, such as limited availability special offers or sales
  • ,
  • Be the go-to person for both customers and the internal team at Love Electric for all technical EV questions and support
  • ,
  • Provide in-depth consultations to help ensure customers can make a confident and informed decision about placing their EV order
  • ,
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the EV market
  • ,
  • Utilise your sales experience to help maximise the impact of the EV Expert team in securing orders and deals

  • Provide exceptional post-purchase support
