EV Customer Experience Specialist - Hybrid

Octopus Electric Vehicles is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist who can deliver exceptional service to drivers across their leasing journey. You will be the primary voice on the phones, guiding customers from order to delivery and through returns, turning complex updates into calm conversations.
