European Talent Partner - Build High-Impact Teams

Duvo is expanding across engineering and GTM, hiring a Talent Partner to own roles and EU markets end to end. You will build pipelines, run processes, and close offers in collaboration with hiring managers. Remote-first across Europe, with founders and leadership closely involved.

You'll source directly, using AI tools, manage candidate experiences, and ensure a fast, fair interview process. Experience hiring engineers and commercial roles across Europe is preferred.
