Europe People Leader: Scale Culture & Growth (Hybrid)

Indicium Tech is looking for a strategic People Leader to oversee the People function for the UK and Portugal. The role requires leading the local people strategy aligned with global objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and managing organizational change.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HR for fast-growing organizations, a strong grasp of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. This hybrid position involves working in the London office at least three days a week.
