Europe HR Ops Leader Hybrid & Data-Driven

Vanguard is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our Manchester-based team, delivering best-in-class HR services across Europe. You will drive operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.

Reporting to the Head of HRBPs, Employee Relations & HR Operations (Europe), you will partner with Payroll, Global Mobility, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders to scale and optimise HR operations while ensuring
