Europe Demand Planner & Analytics Lead

Lubrizol Additives Europe is seeking a Demand Controller to shape near-term demand across Europe. You will ensure accurate, data-driven demand signals (2-12 weeks) and align with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to meet operational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in demand planning or similar data-driven roles, with strong ERP/planning tool experience and excellent English communication. Hybrid work arrangement in London, UK.
