EU Commercial Launch Lead - Hybrid, Cross-Region Impact

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Launch Management for the EU region, based in Uxbridge with a hybrid work model. You will lead 12-18 month launch planning across European markets, coordinating with global and regional teams to deliver successful product introductions.

The role requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 10+ years in pharma/biotech launch planning, with demonstrated ability to manage international launches and cross-functional programs. PMP is preferred.
