Estimator with 5+ years' experience required to join a leading Main Contractor working across high-volume residential schemes. The successful candidate will ideally be a Contract Surveyor or QS. The primary focus of the role is reviewing, aligning, and levelling subcontractor pricing rather than first-principles estimating. Strong experience in procuring and managing packages is essential. Client-facing experience is advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator to join a well-established business with a strong residential pipeline.
Role- Review, align, and level subcontractor pricing across residential packages.
- Procure and manage M& E and general subcontractor packages.
- Liaise with the design team and client representatives as required.
- Prepare and present cost plans and tender submissions.
- Support the commercial team throughout the procurement process.
- Ensure all estimating activities are carried out to programme and quality standards.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' consistent experience in the Irish or UK market.
- Strong background in residential construction is essential.
- Experience procuring and managing M& E or specialist packages.
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent salary circa €70k-€80k
