Estates Surveyor: Valuations, Leases & Portfolio Strategy

Runnymede Borough Council is seeking an Estates Surveyor to shape how the Council manages, values, and extracts value from its diverse property portfolio across operational and investment assets.

You will support valuations, lease events, rent reviews, and estate management, with MRICS required, while working with Finance, Legal and Facilities teams. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
