Estates Surveyor - Hybrid Role, Lease & Asset Value

Braintree District Council is recruiting an experienced Estates Surveyor to join the Asset Management Team. You will oversee the estate and asset portfolio, lead landlord/tenant negotiations, and ensure rent invoicing and records are accurate.

This role requires travel across the district and a property discipline degree, with RICS membership preferred. The position is permanent, part-time (28 hours per week), based in Braintree, with a pro rata salary range of £50,562 to £54,834 per annum.
