Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint an Estates Officer to join our busy Estates Team.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective operational support to the school, ensuring that the security, maintenance and general appearance of the buildings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
Responsibilities and requirementsThis is a varied and physically demanding post that will require flexibility and the ability and willingness to learn new skills. Previous experience in a similar post, such as handyperson with experience of caretaking/maintenance work and working within a team, is required.
Contract detailsSalary: £27,354 plus the on-call allowance of £4.00 per hour, which would equate to an extra £3,485 per annum. Vacancy Hours: 35 hours per week. Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, full year. There is also a requirement to be on-call on a 1 in 6 rota.
