Salary: £30,600 to £33,456 per annum, depending on skills and experience, with great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as an Estate Liaison Officer

  • Overseeing maintenance works carried out by our trades team and partner contractors, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting our Maintenance and Contract Manager and Surveyors to improve repair quality standards and ensure homes are maintained to a high standard.
  • Representing our customers when dealing with trades, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Being the key contact during maintenance works, resolving customer issues promptly and keeping them involved in decisions.
  • Driving customer satisfaction and maintenance improvements through analysis, insight, and feedback to deliver on our customer promise.

You have

  • Experience overseeing maintenance works with good technical understanding.
  • Ability to communicate technical maintenance specifications clearly to customers.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and tenacity to resolve complex complaints.
  • A self-motivated approach, capable of managing your own patch independently.

Job details

  • This is a hybrid role, primarily working in communities across the North East, with time spent at our Belmont, Durham office or working from home.
  • Flexible working hours may be available; discuss this during your interview.
  • Mostly Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work to meet with customers. You can shape your own schedule.
  • A vehicle insured for business use is required; mileage will be reimbursed.
  • A Standard DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
  • You should be comfortable using technology for record updates, online learning, and collaboration.
