Estate Grounds Lead - Horticulture & Crew Supervision

Sanctuary Group in Rochford/Basildon area invites applications for a Landscape Technician Chargehand within our Estates Team. You will join a small team to maintain communal grounds on sites across Essex and Suffolk, delivering supervisory support and ensuring contract standards are met.

The role covers lawn and hedge maintenance, weed control, flytip removal, safe operation of equipment, and accurate daily records. A UK driving licence is required.
