Estate Caretaker & Maintenance Specialist

Sanctuary Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Caretaker to deliver estate maintenance across our properties. You will join a large team of Caretakers and Multi Trade Operatives, carrying out cleaning, basic repairs, and grounds maintenance with travel to void properties and site clearances.

The role requires risk assessments, safety compliance, and timely reporting. We offer a comprehensive package including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, Life Assurance, and Wellbeing support.
