Job Description

Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator Inverness, UK

On behalf of a long established Inverness based company, we are looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator. You'll play a varied, client-facing role that brings together property marketing, viewings, negotiation, and day-to-day coordination, ensuring clients feel supported from first contact through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with buyers and sellers throughout the property process
  • Carry out property marketing appraisals
  • Conduct accompanied property viewings (pool car provided)
  • Draft property brochures and marketing materials
  • Manage property listings and keep information up to date
  • Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales process
  • Work closely with the conveyancing team to help keep transactions moving

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Confident, professional communication with clients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Customer-focused approach with a calm, professional manner
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Competence using common office and property systems (including CRM and listing platforms)
  • Experience in estate agency, property sales, administration, or another customer-facing role is preferred

Working Hours & Contract

  • Permanent position
  • Office-based role in Inverness
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary dependent on experience
