ESG Analyst

We are looking for an ESG Analyst to join our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team. The role involves supporting the Global Head of ESG and the ESG team in delivering the firm's ESG client offerings. This varied position includes ESG project management, product development, client engagement, and strategy implementation.
What will you do:- Manage the collation of the firm's ESG View newsletter.
- Research legal points and factual issues, preparing memos and reports on ESG developments, including regulatory, disputes, and transactional updates.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across practice groups.
- Support ESG events and marketing efforts in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development team.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting, reviewing, and proofreading emails, documents, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Track client engagement and generate ideas to enhance client relationships.
- Organize, upload, and manage documents efficiently.
- Law graduate with a first or upper second class degree or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of paralegal or relevant legal experience.
- Experience in project management and legal research databases (preferred).
- Excellent IT skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Interest and knowledge in ESG, with familiarity in the blue economy or energy transition (preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, confident working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with accuracy.
