We are currently looking for an experienced Systems Support Analyst to join a growing company in the Northwest.
Our client offers a flexible working model with a choice of either a 4 day or 5 day working week, in addition to a remote working option. You will be working with a great team that has a modernised culture with excellent progression and development opportunities available.
Role Overview:
- Resolving Business Systems queries, incidents, and requests.
- Supporting the Business Systems Manager in delivery of projects, upgrades and enhancements.
- Supporting the Business Systems Manager in continuous improvement.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
What you would bring:
- Previous experience working with HR/Payroll business systems.
- Good understanding of Unit4/Agresso ERP System.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Personable, approachable and able to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
