Job Title: ERP Procurement Lead
Ref: Stoke
Pay rate: £350 per day PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 3 - 4 months
Working arrangement: Hybrid working
The role:We're looking for an ERP Procurement Lead to carry out project work and help drive excellence in procurement delivery and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead ERP procurement activities with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure procurement processes align with business needs.
- Utilise your expertise in SAP Ariba and S4Hana to support procurement operations and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and manage Contract Register databases in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and other relevant frameworks.
- Knowledge of local government procurement and associated systems (essential).
- Experience in SAP Ariba and S4Hana.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and associated tools.
- Ability to work within a high-pressure environment and be flexible to meet business needs.
- Understanding of Procurement Act 2023 and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Contract Register databases within regulated environments.
- Ability to track down, assimilate, and reconcile complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
